Import Creation is all about the cars, the enthusiasts, and the culture that surrounds it. We want to lead the way in showing that car enthusiasts of all colors, backgrounds, and tastes can contribute and give a helping hand to benefit society, while making new friends, starting careers in the automotive industry, influencing the car community, and enjoying ourselves all at the same time.

The timeline

2011 - 2012 : Where car enthusiasts get noticed.After attending a charity car show and seeing the big hearts of the thousand attendees that showed up, it was really inspiring - time to bring more of that into the spotlight. It's time to do something bigger and make the world a better place for everyone.
2008 - 2010 : Cars + life.Took a long-term hiatus to focus on other pursuits. By now there's hundreds of other sites doing the exact same thing, and the scene itself has gotten quite stale.
2004 - 2007 : Recreating the lifestyle.
New design, new look, new scheme. Expanding past the Pacific Northwest and into the rest of the country. Also had awesome volunteers to contribute content and market themselves and import Creation.

2000 - 2004 : Seattle's Asian and import lifestyle.
Among the first to cover the growing infant of an import car scene in Seattle, as well as the country. Event coverage, featured cars and models, blog, shop listings, club events, Asian culture, articles, and reviews, most of which were contributions made by the readership around the world.
